The approaches to the control of hybrid VAR compensator are considered. A is a passive and active connected in series. part represented by thyristor-switched capacitor bank. power implemented on basis an autonomous voltage inverter, through transformer series with part. Most reactive compensated means compensator’s combines advantages (low price, reliability) compensators (possibility smooth power, operation networks non-sinusoidal currents). This configuration allows significantly reduce rated part, while maintaining possibility power. Mathematical modeling system three-wire network carried out.
